It was very nice and clean and I had an amazing stay here .. the person working at the front desk was so friendly. This hotel really cares about the people who stay there ... We had an awesome time definitely coming back again
They are apparently in the middle of a renovation. If my room is any indication, it's going to be amazing for the price. It looks like they are really taking care to add nice touches to the room. Big tv too. Very accommodating for my disability (bad back means climbing stairs is out, especially with luggage). Well lit parking lot as well.
Overall the room that I had beautiful I love how the sheets match the curtains I also like that the best was okay and the TVs worked and it was a beautiful sink were there bugs yes the owner of the hotel is kind of a mean person he will let you pay and then tell you you can't pay the next day due to plumbing issues which I think was kind of weird if it was plumbing issues in the beginning why would you let me pay $140 so yes other than that the price of the hotel good nice hotel
The owner and all the staff are extremely kind. And the maids will go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. Definitely my favorite hotel to stay at in Nashville!
It was fine. Room was clean, but there was no toiletries, and the fan in the bathroom was busted out of the wall. Front desk made a mistake and gave another guest a key programmed to my room and they walked in while I was laid there undressed. Was not happy with my privacy being rudely and very unexpectedly invaded.
They REALLY cleaned up and renovated their rooms. I am extremely impessed. I have live in the area for years and it was the "shitty outdated hotel," it is now a beautiful place and can easily compete with the surrounding hotels. And it is still a pretty cheap alternative to the surrounding hotels.I am very impressed with the turn around. The water pressure is a tad bit low though.
I can honestly say I’ve stayed at a lot worse places for more money. The room was clean and bug free. A little outdated but I could see they are working on renovating. The outside is well lit up and the place was quiet. I’d definitely stay here again.
